Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy


Kerala Agrimart believes that any item purchased from us must be top quality products as we are committed to supply only the best quality products to our customers. 

In case, if the customer is not satisfied with our products, any wrong shipments or any damaged product customer can return the product within 48 hours of delivery. Customer can initiate a return process by choosing product return form on the website or write a mail to us at support@keralagrimart.com 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition and in original packaging for the items with unsatisfied products and wrong shipments. If the reason for return is damaged product, then to confirm the same we may request you to send a photograph of the product at support@keralaagrimart.com. Then our team will respond back by sending a return confirmation mail. Customer can send the material to our address: Kerala Agrimart, chungam junction, South Aduvassery Po, Aluva – 683578.

You will get full refund, once you get the confirmation mail for your return request, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. Once the product is delivered back to us, we will provide refund of the amount mentioned in the return confirmation mail. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by us, it takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflected in your account.

Customer can cancel the order at any time. We will provide full refund if the order is cancelled before it is being processed. Once the order is processed, and then processing fee and courier charges will not be refunded. you can contact at support@keralagrimart.com
